Set in over 150 acres, we have a wide range of pedigree and rare animals which you can come and meet up close. Nestled in the heart of Cwmbran, this is truly a Community Farm in every sense of the word, working closely with and serving the local community and welcoming visitors from far and wide. We have a cosy farmhouse cafe offering kids favourites and a selection of homemade specials. We aim to use as much local produce as we can, supporting local farmers, growers and suppliers. We are planning to develop the farm's kitchen garden so that we can supply the cafe with fruit and vegetables grown on the farm. The farm shop is full of tractors and animals to take home after your visit. There really is something for everyone. We would love to see you soon! « less

Second time to visit Greenmeadow Community Farm and again it was excellent despite the rain. Staff very friendly, lambing in process and lots to see. Perfect for toddlers as its compact with a great selection of animals. Chickens, rabbits, goats, sheep, pigs, lamas. A educational centre, tractor rides and a reasonably priced cafe. Overall a great experience and my 2... More

We took our 3 grandchildren (aged 3, 4 and 6) to Greenmeadow Farm last Friday and a wonderful time was had by all! There was a wide range of animals and the opportunity to hold guinea pigs, rabbits and hens was taken up with enthusiasm. The bumpy tractor ride was a hit and the driver was friendly and informative. Often take my niece and nephew here as they love it. Buy a few bags of feed for the animals and it keeps the kids quiet for an hour. Once you have seen the animals you can take a tractor ride around the grounds. There is a cafe offering some limited food, and toilet facilities at the farmhouse. A resonably... More

The kids love the farm and there is a small but very adequate playground, the ride in the tractor is great and you can get really close to the animals. More

Another great day out at Greenmeadow community farm. Our son loved the tractor ride and feeding the animals. The only reason we didn't rate five stars was that the menu in the cafe was very limited (in itself not a problem) but the 'farmhouse ham and chips was dismal; packet cooked ham and tasteless frozen chips. A great day out,... More
