Don't miss this sight especially at sunset. In addition there is a great restaurant La Trattoria right next to the lighthouse for a great lunch or romantic evening (we did both).

Sitting attop a hill at the end of the island, the California Lighthouse affords you a beautiful panoramic view from one of the hight places on the island. Don't expect a great deal of commercial goings on. Local vendors were selling fresh coconuts and snow cones. If you was a beautiful view, then you will get just what you want.

Views are great but not much else to see since the Lighthouse is not open. Some small vendors in the area but they are a bit pricey.

It is a short drive from most resorts if you have a car. Saw several joggers and bikers going there as well. We didn't eat but they had a food vendor with snacks and trinkets. Worth seeing the area...I certainly enjoyed the scenery from the steps of the lighthouse.
