My family and I visited the Boatyard during a port visit in Barbados. We paid $5.00 pp from the cruise terminal and arrived about 10:30 am and there were only a handful of people on the beach. My cruise ship ms amsterdam of holland america stopped at the boatyard on dec 17th. The crown princess was also docked at the same time. We had the best time. They have bikini contests and drinking games. It was alot of fun. It was the only excursion geared to a younger crowd. I would absolutley recommend this stop more
We went here while docked on the Carnival Destiny. The people in Barbados in general are wonderful and the Boat Yard was the best place we could've gone. It was better than any excursion. Went to the Boatyard while sailing on the Crown Princess in March. The shuttle was $4 per person usd one way. The Boatyard costs $15 USD and for that price you get a chair, use of the showers, bathrooms and the bar with restaurant. It is a really nice beach.
