My wife and I had an outstanding time walking through this Nature Preserve. Once in the park, you would never guess you were so close to the Gap and the main road. Several nice benches to sit on and relax and watch the birds. The staff was very friendly and identified local wildlife for us (Indian mongoose and several birds). more

We were told to go early and we were not dissapointed. What a wonderful experience. We arrived about 8.20 (having travelled down on the Boogie Bus). No one around, just peace and quiet. Beautiful, privately owned by a man named Peter who saw too much development going on. Saved the wetland all by himself, and many species of birds and animals owe him a debt of gratitude.
