It looks like they are trying to copy Mulin Rouge without the budget for it. It is very boring, food is crap, artists have torn costumes. Don't waste your time and money!

a lot of colours, feathers, costumes, but not a great show. Just a bit too mechanical the dancers. And the setting requires revamping.

The Cabaret Parisien is located inside the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, but is accessed from the left on the outside.
The Parisien is a cheaper, down-scale version of the Tropicana. The show was good, but the room is crowded and you are very crammed in. You have the option of a meal with the show, but as the show starts...

We choose this cabaret show as a cheaper alternative for Tropicana, which we thought was too expensive (roughly 80 cuc?). The venue was nice, it has some old charm as the whole Hotel Nacional. The show itself was alright, a bit cheesy yes, but entertaining enough if you want to see this kind of stuff. A bit too long though,...

Even though the Parisien plays second fiddle to the world-famous Tropicana (and to be honest we indeed found it one rung down to it, both costume and dancing-wise), it still delivers brilliant performance that made us smile almost as broadly as its long-legged beautiful show-girls did. The vibrant, extravagant routine (with live music and really nice choreography) tells a story...

Theater seats 200 or so, we had seats right up front. We did not do dinner, just cocktails and we were at the center of the action. Beautiful young crew who performed a very entertaining set....provocative, sensual, fun, energetic. We loved it!

We went with a group and I'm going to advise the group operator to take this off their itinerary for future trips.
This is the definition of "touristy," which would be fine if you know that going in and the performance is at least well executed. We knew the former, but the latter did not come through. At one point...

That will cost you extra (about 35CUC) - it consists of two hours of non-stop dancing and singing, followed by a second part where guests are invited on stage to learn salsa, percussion and the likes, or show their skills at it.
The dancing and choreography were good - but overall, the show wasn't too well-paced and there didn't seem...

A two hour show takes you on a trip back in time and around the world. Dancers and singers are skillful.

The show is very good and varied but they try to squeeze too many people in. You can’t move or even get out to use the toilet. Check around for prices first. There are several different rates on offer. The best choice would be to have dinner there as you get a larger table and space. Worth a visit though.
