The prices were basically the same at the shopping center and hotel as in the house of rum, but significantly cheaper than anywhere in Newfoundland. It is worth a visit if you are in Varadero, but if you plan to go into Havana then see the cigar factory well worth it. More

I went to Casa del Ron hoping to find a great selection of Cuban rums. What a disappointment. I would estimate the selection to be basically comprised of Havana Club rum, period. There was a handful of other rums but nothing special. Now that being said, you will typically find that most places in Cuba feature Havana Club and .......others.... More

We went here for a look, and it was just ok. I wouldn't call it a Must See by no means. The Grocery store in Plaza Americas has pretty much the same rums, minus the sampling. Was just pretty much a Mini LCBO. More
