Worth a visit but don't plan to spend a whole day here.
The hiking trail states it will take you 15 minutes to walk around the park & that is exactly correct.
The cave is amazing & the waves crashing against the rocks are majestic. Lots of small lizards/iguanas roaming around.
Make sure you wear sturdy shoes.

Start early in the morning, as the sun is low. Take good shoes, not flip-flops! The waves smashing the rocks make you respect the nature. So different from the west side of Curacao.

This is a quite and relaxing place. You can get into a cave to see the sea water coming in, there is a tiny track where you can take nice shots and a great ocean view. You get to see some iguanas as well. Could be better explored for tourism.

Came here to see turtles - but it was just a plain, empty, stony desert ... not much to see. Caves underwhelming as well.

This is not the most amazing state park ever but for $2 per person it is worth a visit. The landscape is volcanic, barren, raw. Nice views of the rough Northern waters. Boka Pistol was fun. We went to all 4 views at Shete Boka - Boka Pistol and Boka Tabla were the best ones - most worth the walk out. It's outdoors, so it can be warm - bring cold water and hats! There is a snack bar in the shade and restrooms.

Good sightseeing with a small entrance fee. You should not wear high heels or flip flop Im this area. You should not forget your sun protection at this place because the sun is burning like the hell. There is also a small snack restaurant near the entrance where you can fat local food. The location is also a part of...

My kids loved this... there are 3-4 different viewing areas. I'd recommend driving (verse hiking between) to each section due to the heat. (we had a 5 yo & two teens with us) The Boca Tabla was very cool but my kids like the Boca Pistol the best.

We stayed near WIllemstad for a week, and the 45 minute drive up to Boca Tabla was worth the time. We combined the drive with a visit to Playa Kalki, so it was nice to see the northern part of the island which is very different than the Willemstad area.
Once you arrive at Boca Tabla, there is a charge...
