We were in the city for 4 days and only once was the bridge open for us to walk on it. It is wide and feels very stable. See the maritime museum for more information on it. On top of this bridge you can see for miles.
If there are cruise ships in the harbor.
On a clear day you can even see Venezuela.

The Queen Juliana bridge is offering almost a birds view of both the town parts Punda and Otrobanda. The thing is though that a lot of tourist busses are stopping, some even let their passengers out. It is prohibited to stop there for the obvious reason that it is plain dangerous to stop at the bridge. So if you want...

Nice view of Willamsted, harbour, and refinery. Lots of traffic so no chance for photos while on the bridge.
