A once-in-a-lifetime experience. I would suggest that everyone do this even if you are apprehensive. I convinced two people in our traveling party to book this and they weren't really sure but now they can't stop thanking me for convicing them to do it. I can't wait to go back a visit again! In spite of reservations about exploiting the dolphins, we were unable to resist a chance to actually swim with them. Happily, we were delighted by the kind and professional atmosphere at the Dolphin Academy. We had a lovely, long swim with the dolphins, who are surprisingly warm and soft to the touch. We were 3 people with 2 dolphins. we were never without touching a dolphin for more than 10 seconds. we were in the water for 45 minutes. i can not describe how awesome this was. the trainers really are out to have you interact with the dolphins constantly and in an enjoyable way.
