We were on the Carnival Victory ship and when we docked in Dominica we hired a taxi driver by the name of KOJAK to give us a 5 hour tour of the island. It included a trip up to the rainforest and Emerald Falls. Emerald Falls was very crowded as it is filled with tours/buses. The worst thing was the... more
