Breathtaking views. Very peaceful place. The famous Mama & Papa Falls Also a great place to take a dip, at the bottom of the smaller waterfall. The small admissions fee is definitely worth it! More

We took a tour which included Trafalgar Falls. After a short hike, we arrived to the sights and sounds of a pair of legitimate rain forest waterfalls. It was hot and humid but it is a rain forest with many hundreds of inches of rain per year. For us, it was the first time in an actual tropical rain forest.... More

The falls are beautiful if a bit crowded. But the trek through the rainforest is spectacular- the moss, vines, and beautiful ferns still dripping with Moisture from a morning shower. Take your time. Enjoy the journey. More

Trafalgar Falls - two falls, actually - is lovely and, for Dominica, very accessible. This means it's crowded. It's also one of the few places I found to buy souvenirs. Since you are likely to drive past it at some point - it's on one of the few cross-island roads - it's worth a look. More

Certainly recommend visiting this sight. Be warned, the walk to the actual falls can be dangerous. Rocks are slippery and the walker would require good balance. We climbed all the way to the base of the waterfall known as the "Mother". Once there, the view of both the waterfall and the valley below were breath taking. Wish we had a... More

A beautiful twin falls, and surprisingly easily accessible, though there are lots of stairs. Don't miss the opportunity to take a quick cool sulphur bath. More

Walked up from our local accommodation in pouring rain - but worth seeing when wet as falls were in full spate. More

Well worth the price of admission. Make sure you go past the viewing platform and make your way down to the river bottom for a great experience. May be difficult for some to navigate. Bring your water shoes. More

Trafalgar Falls can be accessed after a short walk through the rain forest. The path, which should be walked with shoes with traction, leads to a covered wooden platform. Although I had every intention of following the path down to the bottom, it rained just as we reached the platform and my husband insisted that I not attempt the hike... More
