We apologize. We have investigated your case and the delay on your transfer was due to other clients scheduled on your same "shared transfer" , those clients showed up late. Two Thumbs up for Prieto Just returned from a great stay at Punta Cana. Prieto Tours was the ground operator used by Travelocity. They were very efficient from the moment we met them at the airport.
