Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My 3 sisters and I decided to go on a tour with Island Flavor Adventures. Dacordie took us to a great shopping mall (we finished all of our shopping for our kids in that one little mall area), then he took us to his favorite place to try some local cuisine (Jamaican patties), and then off to Rick’s cafe. We had a great time, felt safe, and learned so much about the history of Jamaica. We would highly recommend him!

I toured Kingston with Island Flavour Adventures and learned so much about some of Jamaica's history. I visited the Institute of Jamaica where there had a World War I & II exhibit. I also saw their Taino Exhibit. Tainos were the original inhabitants of Jamaica. We then went on a tour of the Money Museum at the Bank of Jamaica where we saw the history of money and finance in Jamaica. Kingston harbor waterfront was beautiful and full of activity. The tour was professional and comfortable and we felt safe all along the way. I missed the Bob Marley museum tour because I had to get back to the hotel but next time I definitely want to see it.
