In my opinion this place is one of the worst I have been to in Negril for nightlife. From the minute you walk towards the entrance you are hassled by taxi drivers, vendors and beach gigolos. I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that there is no admission price unless there is a special guest... more

I stayed here for about three years ago, in April. I'll say, it wasn't too bad.and for what we paid, it was, for the most part, pretty good. Roots Bamboo is the place to go. A cabin right on the beach, What more could you ask for . The owner and his staff are awesome. We won't stay anywhere else. more

Roots Bambo.........a cottage right in the beach and less than $20 a night...who can complain? The staff was great. Live Jamaican reggae from up and coming dancehall artists.
