La Parguera is not what it used to be. On the weekends the streets are packed with people and cars. I went to Puerto Rico for Spring Break of 2004, and it was absolutely awesome. La Parguera has the BEST snorkeling, and the guides are really cool! Our hotel we stayed in was different from anything in the States, but it just added to the atmosphere. The weather was perfect, I want to go back so bad! more
