A very laid back town everyone seems to know each other. Very friendly warm people. You must stop at la frutera best fresh made smoothies worth the $3.21 they cost ( coconut is my favorite)

Even thought Lajas seems like a small, ghost town its not! you have la Parguera, and is jusr awsome. All kinds of typical food. Great restaurants and small dinning areas. If you go there try the "sorullos" (corn stick) from any restaurant. They are awsome. Also try the "Caldo de Pescado" (FISH BROTH) it rocks. Dont leave without going on...

Lajas is a small town with a big heart. You can enjoy wonderful food and drinks while enjoying the local artisan's art and loud tropical festive music. You must visit "La Parguera", by the fluorescent bay. The food, drinks and crafts are all made while you watch. You can take boat rides during the day or night and you will...
