This lagoon is located between Ashford Avenue and Baldorioty de Castro Expressway. It has access to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the San Juan Bay Harbor. Pedal boating, kayaking, upright paddling, in the lagoon, nice and breezy, awesome view of the Condado/Miramar skylines. Could even encounter a visiting Manatee!!!
