The building itself is the cool thing. The exhibit is at best ok. Perfect for children or firefighter historians. It serves as the meeting place for people --- we saw the town mayor give an award to a local singer who made good! More

Built as a temporary firehouse in 1883 it still remains. One of the few wooden structures to be found, it is Arabic architecture which really makes it stand out. It is free. More

I am actually the project manager of a fire barn museum in Michigan and I was very impressed with this little museum. The exhibits left a little something to be desired, but the building itself was very cool. I loved the architecture and details. The old fire engine is also a nice photo op. Best part--it was free! : )... More

This is a great stop on the square in Ponce, the museum is small and free. Definitely take the $2 bus tour that leaves from here a few times a day to catch some of the other interesting sites in the old part of town. More

The Parque de Bombas also has a tourist info centre inside, so definitely worth a stop in Ponce. The town itself is very interesting- you can see its heydey was in the 1930s, with all the Art Deco influences (after the main Colonial one) in the buildings. Also be sure to catch the nearby row of houses all painted the... More

I wouldn't go out my way to visit this place, if you happen to be in Ponce then go see it. There was not really much to see here although the Plaza it's located on very nice and there is huge Cathedral behind it. More
