The trailhead for this hike is near the end of highway in El Yunque. It is 0.8 miles up a bunch of switchbacks and a steep road. This is not an easy trail by any means, however the fact that it is paved went a long way to making it much more accessible. This is the rainforest so I wouldn't... more
After a disappointed hike to La Mina Falls we hiked over to Mt. Britton. It was definitely worth it. It took only took us about 30 minutes to get to the tower at the top. We would have liked to have hiked up El Yunque, but ran out of time. The hike was very easy, paved path and gradual grade.... more
