We went to El Yunque hoping to hike to the falls, but typical of Puerto Rico afternoon, it rained... poured. So we stopped here to wait for the rain to stop. (there is a small parking lot very near the tower.) When it the rain let up a bit we made our way up the spiral stairway inside the tower... more
