This is our 4th time to St. Maarten. We went to Hollywood Casino after dinner everynight for our 2 weeks stay. We love the staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They offer you drinks. We like to play the card games and some slot machines. We will be back. Bev and Dan from Pennsyvania. more
I certianly wouldnt call this a Vegas-like casino, the dealers arent exactly friendly and its a little dated, but its good to visit for a few hours. more
We stayed at the Royal Resorts Pelican Marina Residences for a week, and went to the Hollywood every night after dinner. We spent over 2 weeks in St.Martin and frequented the Hollywood Casino many, many times. We were treated very well, offered drinks, coffee, water...etc,. regularly...and had a great time. the machine took my money and did not register. Called the attendant and they opened the machine, (I was not watching) and said sorry your money is not here. After arguing with them for 15 minutes I left very angry. Big rip off. Stay away from Hollywood casino, many other places you can loose your money while playing. more
I'm very sorry you felt mistreated in Hollywood Casino. As you very well know, employees must follow procedures and cannot deviate from them. If the outcome of your complaint was not to your liking, you definitely should have complained to management. I am sure that we would have tried our best to make your experience at Hollywood casino a pleasant...
