Just returned from a two week trip to the BVIs and moored a couple of nights at Manchioneel Bay. Both nights the bay was full of boats and the restaraunt ashore was chock full of cruisers. A great place to meet other cruisers. The beach there is great with some beautiful snorkelling on the reef at the far end of... More

With high winds and rough seas we headed into the mooring field and settled for a couple of days to ride out the weather. Here we found a lovely bay with clear water for snorkelling and exploring with a whole wealth of sea life to fascinate. Moorings at £25 per night so not cheap and anchoring is now forbidden due... Spending two weeks sailing round the British Virgin Islands had many highlights, but definitely one of the best was the few times we stopped at Manchioneel Bay. Not only is this picturesque bay an easy place to get to and moor up, but with a good beach, excellend beach club bar and restaurant but also good snorkelling. One of our... More

We spent 1 night and that was enough, the wind and the waves made for a long nite. The restaraunt was good and the service was great. The snorkeling was also good More

We sailed to Cooper Island and got a mooring ball in the bay. The snorkeling was excellent and the island is absolutely beautiful. Great stop. More

We took a sailboat to Cooper Island, had lunch and just enjoyed the beach & scenery. It was truely the most beautiful island! If you're looking for a place to go not to get caught up in the hustle & bustle......Cooper Island is where to go! I would like to stay longer next time I'm there. More

This was a stop on a BVI motor yacht tour for lunch. The beach was beautiful and the restaurant there was a really nice place to eat. The food was good and so was the service! More

We stayed at the Beach House owned by the Evans last December. ( I am only writing this now because I just found out you can write reviews!!) We have been to Cooper Island numerous times before, but have always been on a chartered catamaran and have anchored there. My hubby and I thought that since we loved Cooper so... More

First, I want to thank the person from New England, whose detailed review was most helpful & accurate enough. My husband & I went to this house in Sept. & had a wonderful time. You have to be reasonably fit & active & the place is not luxurious. However, we thought it very fairly priced, especially these days. If you... More

We stayed in a small rented house on Cooper Island owned by the Evans, who have two properties there. The island is lovely with a small hotel/restaurant and a few private homes. The vegetation was much lusher than I expected with many flowers and plants. The house was set very privately, and as advertised, had its own private beach. What... More
