We went when they had been having rain every day and I don't a nice sprinkle I mean rain! As a matter of fact it rained off and on our entire time there which meant that some areas of the park were even more thick and humid than usual...but what amazing plants, trees, and flowers. I wish there had been... More

You can't be at the beach ALL day so you are most likely looking forward to mini day trips. This was one of ours and we really enjoyed it. If you enjoy nature I would say it's worth the stop. Takes probably an hour or so depending on how quick you stroll through. You get a map so you can... More

Beautiful gardens of every kind, pathways are well maintained. Lots of opportunities to see the huge blue iguanas....Since it is inland, there is not much of a breeze so it can be humid depending on the time of year. Very tranquil place after the hustle and bustle of SMB More

If you love nature and long walks this is a gorgeous experience of flora and fauna native to the Cayman Islands. The Queens Botanical park is also home to the gorgeous endangered Blue Iguana's you may bump into some along your walk there are about 25 in the park wandering about but don't worry they're more afraid of you then... If it's overcast and not too hot, this park is good half day activity. The orchids were not in bloom, but we saw plenty of blue iguanas, and the color garden was beautiful. More

Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park is a relatively small park (65 acres/26 hectares) in the centre of Grand Cayman, as far away from human habitation as it's possible to be on this small island. 45 minutes' drive away from Seven Mile Beach, it's an easy day trip that gives you a glimpse of what the island might have been in... Our experience at QE2 garden was a bit mixed. The plants and flowers were breathtakingly beautiful. Lots of biting insects an no bug repellent was a bit of a downer. Also, we only sawn one iguana, and he sure didn't look blue (like portrayed in the advertisement). More

It was a 45-minute drive over here from our Seven Mile Beach condo, but we were glad we came. The Floral Colour Garden wih all the beautiful flowers we especially enjoyed and it was a nice change of pace from the beach to visit the gardens here, and we enjoyed the drive. We saw a large blue iguana in the... More
