Even though the weather was overcast, the tour was reasonable and fun. We not only went to fishermans reef to snorkle, and the stingray sand bar,but this tour also included a trip to the turtle farm.

My boyfriend and I had no idea what to expect when we got to stingray city. WOW! What an experience. We also are deaf so of course we had a sign language interpreter with us and the tour guides made sure we felt included. They talked with us in the sandbar and on the boat to share more about stingrays....

Denise from Blue Hole Divers made it fun for everyone. We are glad she warned us of a potential visit from an eel. Although he wasn't dangerous it could have been a suprise.

This is a sandbar where you can stand while the stingrays swim around you. Snorkel or just stand, either way it is an amazing experience. Put your arms out and they will swim into them. There are many tour operators to pick from.

My husband and I went on a Carnival cruise and choose the Deluxe Stingray City sandbar tour as an Excursion in the Cayman Islands. We were the only black couple on the tour which was fine. We took a tour to Stingray City with Sosto Cruises. These guys are top notch and really know how to handle the stringrays for optimum interaction with them. Warm shallow water, can be a bit crowded with tourists, great photo ops with the stingrays.

I was a bit freaked out at first but Capt Jimmy was so good with the String Rays and mad us all feel very comfortable-even my 4 year old who feed them.

Hanging out with the stingrays in Stingray City was an unbelievable experience. The water is very shallow and the stingrays are abundant. They will swim right by you, or even brush past you to get through. It was tons of fun petting, holding, and playing with the stingrays. It is an experience like no other!
