The carts are very fast which is good since you will finish your round quicker and get out. Greens were ok but fairways had dirt all, over the place and traps were mostly dirt Waste treatment plant next door makes a couple of holes smelly. This is actually a much more interesting couse than ritz carlton blue tip but blue tip... More

If you are thinking about bringing your golf clubs to the Caymans just to play North Sound...well...you are really going to have to WANT to play golf. This is a really respectable layout but it needs care in the worst way. The bare spots were everywhere on the fairways and the overall condition of the facilities were clean but it... More

nice layout, but very tough in the wind. i played there last week and the wind was blowing about 40mph. the course is in great shape and the greens were rolling good. the place is crawling with huge iguanas. it is pricey to play, but hey you are on vacation. cheeper after 4pm but you are pushing it to get in 18. North Sound charged $195 for their green fees which included a cart and nothing else. They didn’t have great service. They didn’t have a cart that circled the course with drinks. They didn’t offer caddy service (and for less the Ritz Blue course did) and the course was in shabby shape. The only thing it had going for it was... More

The only 18 hole course on the Island. A good layout with some excellent holes, par 3 11th is superb. Some of the fairways are bare at the moment as they have had very little rain in the last few months. The greens are excellent and when they have been cut can be very quick. If you get the chance... The North Sound Club is the only full length course on the island. Now owned by the Ritz Carlton which has it's own private 9 hole course, North Sound offers a great variety of holes, some nice views, and a welcome, casual vibe. I've played the course many times over the years. The biggest change has been the dramatic improvement... More
