Spent 2 lovely days lazing on the beach here. South Friars beach is located on the southern peninsular away from resorts of Frigate Bay. I have visited this beach several times so far, both this month and last August of 2008. When we arrived around 11am, there was no one here... the beach was all ours. Visitng this beach was one of the highlights of our eastern caribbean cruise in Feb. 2007. We talked a taxi driver from the cruise port into giving the four of us a ride down for $20 total.
