This church was built in 1793. The pews, each with its own doors, were rented to familes of the congregation. Mass is still held today. What beautiful mahogany alter. It will only take you a short while to visit this church. Note the Danish script on some of the memorial stones embedded in the walls. The windows and doors are old fashioned with very little glass. The mahogany altar is simple and beautiful. The doors were wide open for visitors to enter, so we just went right in.

I visited for Sunday 9 AM service during my vacation stay in St. Thomas.
It was heart warming service. I had a good time singing hymns.
The church has been there since 1666.

All the people at Frederick's welcomed me and my family. They were warm ane friendly, and we were invited back. This is the type of church all churches should be. The minister's were interesting, and the children were asked to join the service.
