I was there on an NCL cruise; had one of the cruise ship's "VIP" cards. I was looking at a Tag Heuer watch, described what I wanted, and they showed me another watch by Tissot of equal quality...for a fifth of the price! Needless to say, I was floored. Oh, and the Tissot (which I bought) is 50% more money... more

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Good, but not great prices. Great selection. Low pressure to buy. However, we have been waiting for seven weeks as of July 4, 2006 for the promised appraisal. After two calls to corporate we are still left waiting. more

I visited the store in 11/02 with the specific purpose of buying Lladros. Their prices were way below stores here in the States. They even reduced the prices on slightly damaged items. I am going back to St Thomas this November just so I can go back to the store. more
