Scott was an incredibly professional and knowledgable Nature Guide who was extremely sensitive to our needs and those of our teenagers. We read that the five hour tour included two snorkel stops and a sack lunch and we wanted to really enjoy the entire day and take our time. The five hour tours are usually private and we shared ours... more

I was looking forward to kayaking and snorkeling in St. Thomas and St. John and was very excited about this excursion. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. There were too many of us (at least 24) in one group, and the guide seemed to be on autopilot. We kayaked a short distance, then stopped to listen to the guide talk about the... more

While on a cruise in st thomas, we stopped and signed for the ecotour thru virgin island ecotours. This trip at best was very mediocre and the staff were not very friendly. I would not recommend virgin island ecotours! more

I had a wonderful time on this tour! The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable about the mangrove lagoon and st thomas. It was such a beautiful area and it is great to see a company so invested in preserving its natural beauty. The snorkeling was fun and we took some amazing pictures. I definitely recommend this tour. more

While in St Thomas, we did a three hour tour with VI Ecotours to explore the Mangrove Lagoon. Our tour consisted of kayaking through the lagoon to Cas Cay where we took a short hike to a scenic overlook with a blowhole. We returned back to the shore to snorkel and explore the mangroves and nearby reef. The operation was... more

We were in St Thomas in November 07 and spent one afternoon on the Kayak, Hike, Snorkel tour of the mangroves. Had a great time. Staff was friendly and informative. My husband had kayaked before, but I never had, and we both enjoyed it. Honestly it was probably one of my favorite activities on our trip. Would certainly recommend it... more

Very educational. We love kayaking so this was up our alley. The snorkeling wasn't bad for beginners, saw a barracuda and a lot of colorful fish and cool birds. We'd do it again. more

When in St Thomas we went on an guided kayak tour of the Mangrove Lagoon. I learned so much. I was totally shocked at how nice it was. I don't think I would have gone on my own. Nor would I have learned so much about the lagoon ecosystem. Definitely worth it but make reservations as it is popular. more
