Visiting St John? First, last & in between shopping stop is St John Spice. At the foot of the Cruz Bay Ferry, up the stairs, you can smell it before you get in the door - coffee beans galore ground to order, quality yet affordable gift items - hot sauces galore, spices, books, tote bags, island 'tings. An amazing rub... More

St. John Spice is a must stop for shopping. I was immediately greeted with the aroma of spices and enjoyed the hot sauce sampling area. I realized I couldn't go wrong with any of my purchases at this shop. The spices are excellent and the hot sauces are better than anything I've had in the states. I'll definitely be ordering... More

Based on previous reviews, we made sure to visit St. John Spice. The shop really does smell great. I bought some Jamaican Blue Mountain-style coffee for my coworkers, my 19-year-old picked out a few hot sauces and spices for himself (he likes the not sauce with the straw hat, xxx Calypso Hot, and Miss Anna's Caribbean Shake, a dry spice... Just after you get off the Cruz Bay ferry look to the right and up. Amazing selection of hot sauces, island spices, and rubs! Try the Valley Doll Hot Sauce (my favorite is the curry hot sauce). More

It was all still there, some 40 years after my dad had built a home on the other side over looking "Cinnamon Bay, Jost Van Dyck, even Caneel Bay." So, when Spring Break came, I packed the girls and to what I remembered so fondly. and it was all still there. Shopping there was simple and finding the St. John... More

A trip to St. John Spice is a must for me on all trips to St. John. The first thing you will notice is the amazing aromas emanating from the shop. From spices to hot sauces to coffee to loose leaf teas - your senses will be delighted. The selection of hot sauces and spice rubs is fantastic, as is... More

My fiancee and I were on the Celebrity Summit November 11, 2011 and took the execursion called "St. John champagne Catamaran Sail & Snorkel". It was a 4 hour excursion that took us from the cruise boat in St. Thomas on a catamaran to Honeymoon Beach in St. John. The catamaran and crew were funny, knowledgeable, and friendly. After the... Walking into this shop was an experience of it's own. If you weren't hungry when you walked in you were when you walked out. The smells of the coffees and spices are intoxicating. I strongly recommend the "Kiss of the Jubee" coffee and "Cruz Bay Grill Rub." They are both well worth the price (the coffee runs $5 per quarter... More
