As a local resident of the islands, I have been out with quite a few dive shops over the course of my time here. Low Key has without a doubt been my favorite so far, with spacious, comfortable boats and laid-back staff that definitely demonstrate that they are well-qualified, experienced divers, but also bring a contagious fun attitude to everyone... My kids gave me a free (first!)SCUBA lesson for my 70th birthday. Being a little apprehensive about the whole process, the folks at Low Key immediately put me at ease. The entire staff, especially Paige and Ben, understood exactly where I was coming from and walked me through it step by step turning the whole experience into an exciting and... More

My husband and I dove with Low Key back in 1997 when Savahanna (the dog) was on board waiting to do some fishing. Savahanna's spirit is still there as well as Bob her human. He was our Captain for the morning. We recently returned for a day of diving with a friend. The shop just recently moved and it is... More

Wonderful location and staff. Couldn't be happier with our experience at Low Key. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive. Went on 3 2 tank dives including the wreck of the Rhone. The dive masters were not only informative prior to each dive as to the plan and the sites (particularly the wreck's history and layout) but took great... More

I just finished 3 days of diving with Low Key watersports and I think they do a great job! I have been a dive master on a boat and so I am very picky who I go out with. The shop is clean and very well run. The dive masters were safe and educated on procedures. The equipment was very... More

We just returned from a wonderful visit to St. John, and dove with Low Key Watersports. We did a Discover Scuba dive, and had a great time. My wife had never scuba dived before and was a little nervous. Missy, our dive master, was wonderful and stayed with her throughout. She definitely turned what might have been a bad experience... On our recent visit to St John, I was without my underwater camera, and was looking for a cheaper alternative to buying a digital. The staff at Low Key recommended the snap sights 35m underwater camera as a big seller, and its strength that I could reload it and take as many pictures as I wanted. So, I was shocked... More

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and crew at Low Key. The store staff and boat crew were both great, especially the store staff. My husband and I enjoyed a 2-tank dive with Low Key. Both sites were nice, but we are spoiled by Bonaire and TCI. The reefs at St. John are not superb, but we... More
