My children, grandchildren (ages 8 and 10), and I did this excursion on our own from our cruise ship. It's approximately a 20 minute taxi ride from the ship. When your tour starts, you take a nice boat ride through canals (approx. 20 minutes) to the location of the dolphins. The trainer is very professional and informative. The dolphins do... more

The shark dive was fantastic. Also did a night dive and afternoon reef dive trip. The boat crew was good and the divemasters managed the dives well. One of the better dive operations I've ever used. The shop, pool, etc, are nice too. My family did the dolphin encounter and enjoyed that too. One thing we especially liked is that... more

My wife and I spent our honeymoon on Grand Bahama at the Westin, and I had recently gotten PADI scuba certified. I did a mid-depth dive to "Papa Doc", a 40 foot wreck ($59 plus gear rental) and the shark dive ($99 plus gear rental, about $20 for everything). The first dive was great, but the shark dive was not... more

My husband and I took Carnival's Sensation cruise to Freeport and Nassau for our honeymoon. I had wanted to swim with the Dolphins at Atlantis but decided to read the reviews of their dolphin swim first before I committed. Thankfully, I found that all of the reviews were horrible which is when I started researching UNEXSO. Not only was the... more

This is a dive operation for nearly all divers at pretty much every level of diving. The staff is extremely professional and there are numerous dive sites availabli, including wrecks, the dolphin experience and a shark feeding. With the exception of deep technical divers, there is literally something for everyone, even a former James Bond 007 film set! On one... more

I have been coming to Lucaya for more than 39 years; some of it a a working engineer diver. But for sport diving, I've come to depend on UNEXSO for their professionalism, courtesy and fairness. Their care and utlization of the Dolphin Experience just adds to my respect for them. They care for the Dolphins and their customers-and Safety First-for... more

I've always wanted to swim with dolphins, but not in an enclosed pen. So the open water swim offered by UNEXSO was just what I was looking for, & it really lived up to & exceeded all my expectations. It was a wonderful experience. There are only 6 people allowed at any one time, which gives you a lot of... more

We did a two tank dive with the second dive being at "The Chamber" close to where they do the shark feedings. It was amazing! We didn't take cameras so the next morning I talked to the dive master and he agreed to take us back to the same spot for a one tank afternoon dive. We got great pics... more

We are a family of four, with two pre-teenagers. We were staying at the Westin Our Lucaya, and once the kids found out about the Dolphin Encouter there was no turning back. True, it is expensive, and the actual time in the water with the dolphins is somewhat short, but all-in-all we all really enjoyed the experience. The kids loved... more

You literally spend 5minutes in the water touching dolphin + photo op. If this is what you want, it is well worth the money. It wasn't for me because I thought it would be more than just that. They take in two people at a time. Therefore, while you are not in the water, you simply watch at the platform... more
