My family and I just returned from our first cruise. We examined all of the on shore suggestions that Carnival Cruise Line suggested for Freeport in the Bahamas. All seemed rather expensive and not reflective of our interests. My wife discovered this on another website and we pursued it. A taxi took us from Freeport on a 20 minute ride... More

At the time of our visit the PSCC had been open for about a year and the charming and friendly owner Donald Duncombe kindly showed us around in person. He has transformed this building off Oak Street into a façade of the historic parliament building and inside are a series of rooms that tell you everything you ever wanted to... More

Mark and Marina, Thank you for your assistance in helping to reveal " one of the secrets" of Grand Bahama. The staff was authentic, knowledgeable and really cared about the history of the island! They were WAY past hired tour guides; this should be a MUST on the agenda of every visitor! More

My husband and I took our boys, ages 10 and 5 to Parliament Square on Oak street. We were not too sure what to expect, but this place was filled with rich history! This can be a self-guided tour, but is much better with a guide. We learned a lot from Mr. Duncombe. My husband and I were captivated, and... More

Thank you for your visit . We have completed installation of the air condition and have done rework on the "back yard" . More trees like tamrind, gauva, avacado (we call it pear), sapadilla (dilly) have been added and as promised the tours will never be the same. Again thank you for visiting we appreciate your time here with us. More
