Gold beach is beautiful, and a bit odd with all of the dead trees. Low tide is the best time. Not good for snorkling, because you have to swim quite a way to see anything. This beach in a part of Lucayan National Park. It's a short easy hike from the parking lot, which also has 2 underground caves as a part of this Lucayan National Park.
