The waterfall is a great sight in a otherwise a well restored tin plate works. Would say worth a visit if you're nearby but not great value for money.

Amazing place to visit. It is owned by the National Trust and is the site of an old tin works. Excellent for children as there is a quiz to complete and a small prize at the end. Museum and film probably best visited at the start, then well surfaced paths around the site, amazing amount of water when we were there after a week or so of heavy rain and the waterwheel. We visited with friends on Sunday the 14th of April. We expected to go and see some waterfalls but instead arrived at a nation trust shop who had the cheek to charge £4.80 each to see a few boring and half thought out exhibits and the waterfall. We couldn't believe that this at best 2 hour attraction was so expensive.... More

Had a lovely day out visiting the Aberdulais Tin Works and Waterfalls. Very good film explaining the history and the site had plenty of plans and explanations. On site was a pleasant tea room serving light meals and snacks. All the staff were very helpful. Well worth a visit.

If you have NT membership and are in the area the tin mine and Aberdulais falls are well worth a visit.
