Best conditions for surfing - my partner went out every morning at 6.30am whilst I watched on the beach and read my book. Stunning scenery More

Great swell. Not for the fainthearted but certainly one of Barbados' best surfing breaks. Also a nice sandy beach to relax and watch the pros taking some of Barbados' best waves. More

Just a very beautiful and unspoiled area. You can walk on the beach and explore the rock pools, and watch the surfers on the big waves. There are a few restaurants/bars around so you can grab a drink while enjoying the peace and views. More

Soup bowl is an incredible break! So incredible, I did not dare paddle out. It is all sharp reef covered with urchins, shallow water with perfect glass barrels. The locals were super friendly and gave advice of the best spot to paddle out in the channel (to my husband). Sunset at Soup Bowl, in Bathsheba, was also amazing. More

Rented a car to see the east coast of the island and so glad we did!! The soup bowl was amazing, even got see some surfers fight the huge waves WAYYYYY out there. Got some amazing panoramic shots. Windy and LOUD, but pretty unreal! Went to Atlantis right after for lunch, a few minutes down the road...Good meal but windy!!! More
