This beach smells and is very dirty. I don't know why it is open for people to swim!

Nothing out of this world, basic place with contaminated beach. I was not impresed with the area i guess im spoiled with the sea of cortez in mexican waters.

It is interesting to just go to the Playas de Tijuana (Tijuana Beach) to sit in the sand, drink beer, people watch, and possibly even swim. It is even more of an attraction if you are interested in border issues and in seeing where the border fence separating Mexico and the US goes into the Pacific Ocean. As of 2011...
