I went to El Mirador by pneumonia cart as I call it. It's actually the pulmonia open air taxi. They take you most of the way up. It's just a place with a good view. The lighthouse is straight across from it so you can get an excellent view of it, as well as, the port, ocean, and downtown area.... more
