We are elite owners of El Cid timeshare with 500K points. We arranged w/El Cid reservations to have an ocean front room as close to the beach as possible. We arrived w/great excitement because the hotel looked very nice. When shown to our room we couldn't have been any further away from the beach w/little or no view of the... more
