My extended family (4 separate families & parents) gathers bi-annually to reconnect, and the task of coordination fell to me this year. A daunting task.
My own feeble attempts at arranging airport transportation for several flights from across the US, and finding activities appealing to ages 8 to 80, in broken Spanish, were falling seriously short.

After much frustration (and reading other reviews) I am so glad I CANCELLED my airport transfer reservations with Gray Line!!
The problem began when I was trying to book a package trip, including ground transfer provided by Gray Line (which was not cheap). I needed to indicate which "Zone" my hotel was in so they would know how to charge...

Gray line was more expensive than the cab's (yellow and black with white top cabs) and to top it off my return trip through gray line was in a yellow and black with white top cab!!!!!! I could have done that myself and cheaper.....

All I can say is stay away from Gray Line, take a taxi or even walking would be better than dealing with these people. It started before we left home, as stated on the vouchers we tried to call 72 hrs in advance to confirm our hotel transfers but the number on the voucher does not work. We emailed gray...
