This church has an interesting history. It was occupied by the military for years! The ornate altar painted with gold-leaf is stunning! Next door is the museum and outside, the botanical gardens. Plan a few hours for touring all three. Definitely get the audio tour if English is your language at the museum. Gorgeous!
