We attended the “Day of the Dead” weeklong course at Seasons of My Heart cooking school. This course exceeded our expectations. We received cooking instructions, hands-on cooking practice with knowledgeable assistance, cooking demonstrations, and tours of Oaxaca history and culture. I am a serious culinarian and traveled to Oaxaca to expand my skills and knowledge. We researched schools and read several favorable reviews about the Seasons of My heart cooking school.
