We went to the Chichen itza ruins as a day trip from our hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It was time and money well spent. It was a 2.5 hour bus trip there. We were provided breakfast and drinks. upon arrival, we received water and an English speaking tour guide. The site and information provided by the guide was excellent....

There are a few reviews that say everything I would about the place, the history here is amazing and the Mayan's had some insight let me tell you. They also had some strange ways and having a tour guide is a must.

This trip included a small breakfast, all you could eat lunch at...

They were just dispersed throughout Mexico when the Spanish conquered Mexico. The Temple (not pyramid) has 4 sides which makes up the seasonal calendar. Only one quardant is the...

This trip is definitely worth the 2.5 hr ride. The site is amazing really. I wish they still allowed people in the ruins themselves but of course a few people have ruined this for all and to preserve it this is what must be done. It is still incredibly impressive. The guides have a vast knowledge of the site and...
