Just been on a western Carribean cruise, on the RCCL Liberty of the Sea. I had prebooked swimming with the dolphins, Snuba diving and Sea Trek in advance off their web site. I even printed a discount voucher. Everything is as they say on their website and it is a great day out. Additionally, getting to and from the ship... more

Our family and I traveled there by Cruise ship on June 28. I had researched this place on the internet and got a great deal on the Dolphin encounter and entrance to the park and even my taxi paid for. Just go to Dolphin discovery.com and ask for the packages. You arrive there and have to walk to the taxi... more

We visited the beautiful Chankanaab park on February 21st after the cruise ship we were on (Enchantment of the Sea) docked in Cozumel for the day. We had researched the park on the internet before visiting and used the internet coupons provided on www.cozumelparks.com/coz. We simply took a $10.00 taxi to the park. We had a wonderful time snorkeling and... more

On March 27, 2008, my husband, daughter, mom, dad and I went to Chankanaab. The basic price to get in was $16 per person, unless you were participating in a dolphin swim, then the entrance fee was included. I had found a coupon on-line and printed it out. If you use the coupon be sure to have your driver's license... more

There is a lot to do at the park. My husband & 8 year old did the dolphin enounter ($90 apiece with entrance to the park included) and went snorkeling for the first time. I took the guided tour of the Mayan & Aztec replicas - free, but tip. It was really informative. This one hour tour is educational and... more

Lets see..it was expensive 15 dollars for an adult and 9 dollars for a kid. That does not include any snorkel gear(flippers, mask, life jacket). All of that has to be paid in an extra fee. The reef is all dead. It was all killed off in the hurricane. My mother had gone to the park 20 years ago and... more

Visit at least once a year and is one of my favorite places in the world. I have been to beaches all of the world and this location has the most consistent service, a beautiful reef, great drinks, clean beach all for a very nominal fee (you can even get a 2 dollar coupon off their website). I would suggest... more

I originally went to Chankanaab for the Dolphin Encounter (which, by the way, was wonderful). I worried that I wouldn't have anything to do after the encounter. I was SO wrong. I decided to walk around and check out the park. I didn't even have time to see half of it. I was so mesmorized by the beauty of the... more

One day we visited the park--my 10 year old and husband "snuba'd" while my 9 year old and I snorkeled. First experience with "snuba"--be sure to negotiate price. Very cool for them--great test before scuba certification. Guide also uncovered some lobster and stingrays for us to see. Boys loved seeing the iguanas--especially the "red" iguanas which are a burnt orange... more
