At Avalon they did offer yoga class's in the morning. So nice doing them outside.

After taking an hour-long yoga class with the sound of the surf in the background, I was so relaxed I practically needed to pour myself into bed. :) Definitely worth it! The teachers are fantastic too

Melanie's class is the perfect way to start the day. Whether you've been doing yoga for years or have never been to a class, her teaching methods are right for all levels. She has mats available, so you don't need to bring anything but yourself. Take your vacation to another level and start your day with yoga by Melanie.
