This company is VERY sketchy they work under various names that are not registered in Playa del Carmen or any other location for that matter. All hotels have tour companies they have agreements with which they offer discounts to, when we booked our tour thru our hotel they called a company called "GO BACK TOURS" (we later found out there...

There are many tour companies available offering similar day tours. However, this company definitely exceeded our expectations because of the value. Our tour price included pick-up from the hotel, an air-conditioned ride to all destinations, lunch, a snack, and drinks for a fraction of the price that other tour operators were charging.
