Unfortunately this Cenote wasn't clear and clean at all. Something must have happened that it was so full of algae and it seemed to be out of balance. I hope it will become a crystal cenote again!

The area around the cenote is the best. Very relaxing and inviting. Nice place to spend some time. The fish seem differant with a large fin on the to. The snorkeling is good not great.

We went to Escondido, a centoe on the other side of the hiway. Beautiful! A must.
Crystal had algae growth and we opted not to put our bodies in THAT water. Sorry

A very relaxing place to spend a few hours in the hammocks, then going for a dip in the cenote. This place is beautiful, very relaxing and full of little fish, best time to go about 9am, it doesnt get that full, pretty clear water and refreshing, at the entrance you have to pay about 45 pesos per person also you can have access to a little toilet, parking aerea available.

This is the place if you want peace and quiet and want to get away from it all, to a magical place of water and reflection. It's a wonderful way to introduce yourself to cenotes and it gets cared for by lovely and friendly local people.

Surrounded by vegetation with the sun streaming through it was a serene peaceful place. Dragon flies fluttered all around us. The water was clear and just the right temperature, my skin felt like silk when I got out. A must experience--a cenote.

an easy bike ride from Tulum you can visit the crystal cenote and the hidden cenote (escondido) for the one entrance fee (50 pesos). there was literally no one else there, which made this a very tranquil experience. saw some turtles at crystal and fish, only fish at escondido (but it´s larger and clearer water)
