J$J offsets the surrounding Cabo pier cheese with a comfortable atmosphere and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't bite on the waterfront plexiglass boxed covered fakes. They also sell a nice variety of tequilas and have a nice mojito and coffee bar.
Skip the nearby Cabo Wabo and head here instead!

Understated elegance. An amazing selection in a very large humidor. An equally large selection of premium tequilas. Knowledgeable staff. If you're going to spend this kind of money, go where you know you're getting the real thing (because I guarantee, it's not to be found in the Cohiba four-packs hawked by guys along the marina waterfront).

I have been to Cabo twice and this is the best place I have found for legitimate Cuban cigars. They also have an excellent selection of tequilas. Cuban cigar prices are reasonable, and the selection is excellent.
J&J is in the Old Town area; very safe, unpretentious shopping. Be sure to visit Cabo Coffee about 2 blocks away, and stop...
