The trainers were very great about teaching about the dolphins and were nice. You break up in to small groups with 1 trainer and 1 dolphin per group. Did it with my kids. One did the Swim with me where you get to swim with the dolphin. A VERY Unique experience. One just wanted the lower version ie Encounter.
