This is a cool little street filled with art, souvenirs, and handicrafts. You can buy anything from jewelry to used books to an embroidered sombrero to bath products made of honey. There are also some nice benches in the shade to sit and observe. More

Callejon de los Sapos is a fun 30-60 minute walk. This street and small plaza was an old river bed, now converted into shops, mainly antiques, hotels and restaurants. It's both a flea market and a higher quality antique area. Sacristia hotel and restaurant are there, too. I had a fun time buying old coins here. Well worth an hour,... More

It´s like a flea market for antiques but it doesn´t have as many people on a week day as it has on the weekends specially on Sundays More

Not like Lagunilla in Mexico City, but a nice open air antique market on weekends, and even during the week lots of surrounding shops to brouse and treasure hunt. More

I was fortunate to be in Puebla during the time of the street market, which is on Sundays. You can find a lot of great prices on almost anything. Don't miss out! More

Sapo offers something different from the typical craft shops. Here are local and foreign antiques and curiosities. More fun to poke through with more surprises than other tourist spots. The weekends are best but the shops are open all week. At night it's a busy club/party atmosphere and sometimes on the seedy side in late hours. More

This was a fun street to wander with many shops. We were approached by several vendors who carried their wares on their hip or back, and I bought some great wooden kitchen tools for my kitchen, and little ones for my grandkids! More

Callejon de los Sapos is a must when visiting Puebla. The art and antique shops are amazing with great finds at good prices. Even if you don't buy anything, the visit is worth it. More
